Inspiration filled bottles. | WritingMonique

I am a huge fan of words. Especially beautiful, inspirational words. Words like hope, dare, love and live. Words to live my life by and words that inspire me to do more and feel positive. For me it was important to phisically bring these words with me when I am moving abroad, in a fun and creative way.

I could put an explanation and ‘how to’ description here, but I think this DIY speaks for itself. You can actually see all the necessities. The only tip I can give you is to use a pincet of needle to put the letterblocks in place.

I am going to place these bottles on my bookshelf once I am in Cambridge. A new invironment and new home is lovely, but at the same time it is always nice to have something recognizable with you. Something that may be small but that gives you a bit of incouragement and that shows me why I wanted to do this. In times of fear or lonelyness (I know those times will be there as well), I will look at these bottles and remember myself why I am where I am. All will be alright!

What is your favorite word?

This is such a neat idea. I also love anything with words, I have few inspirational pictures hanging in my room with encouraging words, but to pick my favorite word? I think there are way too many that I adore to just pick one, haha!

I absolutely love this idea! My co-workers and I do self-care nights every once in a while, and this would be a great project to work on.

This would make such a wonderful gift. Very cute! I guess you don’t have to just use inspiration, but names, birth signs, anything!

What a fun, inspiring project! My fave word… Maybe “create.” There’s so much possibility to that word! :) T. http://tickledpinkwoman.blogspot.com

Inspiration filled bottles are such a beautiful idea Monique! <3

You are so right, something more familiar to take with you somewhere unfamiliar is certainly always a great idea :) I think the words 'live, dream, dare, hope and love' sum up your immense courage, bravery and guts to follow your dreams and go for your goals. Remember how admired you are for dreaming big and being so brave, I can't tell you what an inspiration you are to me! Thinking of you and sending you all my love friend! :D <3 xxx
